MY LAPTOP BATTERY NOT WORKING?
My laptop is a year old and the battery stopped working months ago and it does not recharge and sometimes the mini icon shows that it recharges but it still remains 0%. (IM KEEPING IT IN GOOD CONDITION). And the icon sometimes shows an X mark in the battery even its still connected to the adapter. ( IM USING AVERATEC 8200 SERIES )
Have you tried a new battery? Maybe your battery got some water or something like that on it, send it to however made it or a guy that can fix, and let them check it.
